Engineering & Product Development

Matthew leads EVRCOOL’s engineering and new product development activities. He has more than two decades of experience directing cross-functional engineering teams at companies both large and small, across a variety of industries and applications ranging from bioprocessing to defense, automotive, consumer appliance, and oil & gas. Matthew has a track record of success building engineering teams and developing the robust business processes needed to successfully launch solid, profitable products in a rapidly growing manufacturing business. His specialties include Lean Product Development, engineering / business process development & improvement, PLM / MRP / CAD implementation & administration, and management of globally dispersed engineering resources & projects.

Having served in prior executive and senior leadership positions, Matthew understands the strategic importance of the knowledge value stream and culture of an innovative product company.  He has a passion for continuous improvement and people development, and he is disciplined in keeping teams focused on delivering value to the customer.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University.
